We went there with our california minivan. Just paid for the parking slot. Super surprised by the style and beauty of this place. It's a villa transormed into a upscale hostel. Super nice gardens was available to us with barbecue and sitting area. All great there really. The valley looks gorgeous and the village is as charming as some of the old villages you will find in the provence - without the tourist masses. Feel like coming back to discover more from the valley. Thanks mike! Greetings from sunny geneva. Flavio from ICRC!

Very beautiful valley, very few tourists and very nice little villages. Beautiful grounds around the villa, with splendid views over the valley and Italy. Magnificent villa, well equipped with everything you need (WC, shower, kitchen, common areas). Important information for campers: if you want to sleep in your van, you have to park in one of the 3 parking spaces in front of the villa (not in the park). This may be a useful clarification, as it's not explicitly described as such in the description of the site. It's also worth noting that the incline on these 3 spaces is 5° by 3°, so wedges aren't enough, and the pieces of wood and stones kindly provided by Mike (thanks!) aren't enough either. Not suitable for campers larger than a VW bus (access via a narrow gate and 3 full-size parking spaces). Good opportunities for walks, of medium to difficult level, given the steep valley. Mike is happy to provide all the information you need, as he also runs the village Info Point. The best thing to do is to let Mike know your arrival time if you know it, so you don't have to wait, as he's in charge of various rental properties in the area and isn't always at the villa.

We had a great stay at Villa Eder! The tent site in the garden with a view of the Onsernone Valley was perfect. The villa is well equipped and invites you to stay. Mike was very helpful and knows great places to visit. Gladly again!

Top friendly and the villa is BOAH!!! Don't forget the wedges if you come by bus. You have to lift the bus win big piece on the parking spaces in the driveway. Normal wedges are too low.

We were there with our VW bus and could park it directly in front of the villa on the parking lot. We also spent the night there and slept wonderfully. It is very quiet and you can wake up to beautiful birdsong. We enjoyed our meal in the garden with breathtaking views of the mountains. Mike is very friendly and we felt completely comfortable. The infrastructure is great, everything is very clean and everything you need is available. Even our dog was received friendly. Thank you very much, we will definitely come again! :-)

Super location, Michael was very helpful and uncomplicated. Short-term changes were possible, as well as our 3 dogs were no problem in the garden and surroundings. We found Villa Edera very clean and super equipped. This was definitely not our last visit.
