My family and our neighbors Spichtig-Michel have been managing the Alp Eisten since 2019. The Spichtigs run an organic vegetable farm with dairy farming. We keep large cattle for WeideBeef and raise young animals for other dairy farms. Our two families work together a lot across farms, creating synergies that are always an incentive for new projects. In order to make our leased hut accessible to others in winter, we are trying to rent it out in this way.
