I'm Tobias, I live in Jaun and I'm a farmer. We have around 30 dairy cows and the milk we produce is made into cheese in the village cheese dairy. The cows spend the summer on the alpine pastures at 1500 meters above sea level, eating the fine alpine herbs and flowers. No wonder the milk is so valuable and the Gruyère AOP and Vacherin Fribourgois AOP cheeses so tasty and unique.
