We lease the small Schmeli farm near Brig and look forward to welcoming guests to our farm. Dairy farming and milk processing are the core business of the farm, which has been awarded the Bio-Knospe and KAG-Freiland labels. We process the milk on the farm into various types of cheese in our own dairy. As we also go to the market, we produce many other products such as bread, plaited bread, syrups, confectionery, etc.
