During my PhD in the UK, due to the pandemic I decided to join my family and fell in love with my beautiful homeland, Valpolicella. So I decided, once I completed my doctorate, to return and take over the family business, a farm with a winery and two small tourist rentals, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region.
