We, Jessi & Johnny, are renaturalizing a fish farm in the Bavarian forest. Preserving this unique natural environment is our most important goal. That is why we are creating an outdoor paradise in harmony with its surroundings. The stream and the surrounding meadows are home to many rare species. Every day we can admire orchids, fire salamanders, kingfishers, crayfish and much more. Jessi is a phytotherapist, specializing in the production of ointments, tinctures, essential oils, hydrolates and soaps from our own and absolutely uncontaminated herbs. Johnny is a pond keeper and gardener, responsible for the production of edible fish in natural ponds and the conservation of brown trout/crayfish, the cultivation of fruit, vegetables and herbs in permaculture, and Jakob is a blacksmith for handmade knives and axes of all kinds. We have developed a camping/bushcraft set made of indestructible C60 steel especially for our project. An absolute highlight for all nature and survival fans.
