Welcome to "l'uliveto dei Taurini". My name is Olivier, born in 1961. I'm Belgian and live in Turin, Italy. I'd like to share with you my olive grove at the foot of the Italian Alps. As a permaculture teacher and graduate, this project is based on permaculture principles. I speak French, Italian, English and Dutch. I also teach meteorology, and in the face of climate change and the sixth mass extinction, I have chosen to "lead" and take responsibility for an olive grove, based on the principles of regenerative agriculture. I won't sell you any products. On the other hand, I'm more than happy to share my permaculture skills, as well as all I've learned about life in the past and the low-tech techniques I use.
