.... together with my husband Fabian, I manage the farm Wyssrüti since 01.01.2021 in the 5th generation of his family. We love and live nature. It is important to us to protect and preserve it, because nature offers us the best and healthiest food as well as our livelihood. And this should be affordable for everyone. On Wyssrüti we create an oasis, at the end of civilization or simply at the beginning of paradise. A place for a time out, whether on the pitches, in the vegetable beds, petting the farm cats, watching the chickens, pigs or sheep. Jasmin is a trained travel agent and the farm manager. She takes care of the farm store, the animals, the direct marketing of meat and the vegetable subscriptions. Jasmin is the lively soul with bubbling over ideas and creations. Everything actually has to happen immediately. Until two years ago, in addition to working on the farm, she worked in a travel agency, sending people all over the world. An exciting and instructive time. Today she enjoys the consistency and the routines on the farm. Her heart beats for the common good, sustainability and especially animal welfare. Fabian is the farmer and owner of Wyssrüti, he takes care of the vegetable cultivation. The federally certified master gardener is the calming influence on the farm. When Jasmin is bubbling over again, he keeps a cool head. In addition to his full-time job as a construction foreman in a horticultural company, he is actively involved in the activities on the farm and actively supports Jasmin. His heart beats for good food - meat, wine, sour beer, side dishes - everything preferably from the region. His dry humor not only makes the chickens cluck. He likes social evenings and doesn't like to just sit around quietly. Perfectly so! After all, there's always something to do at Wyssrüti.
