Oase am Weiher

On New Year's Eve, I escaped to Oase am Weiher with my dog to get away from the heavy firecrackers in Munich. Although there was continuous popping in the distance there too, it wasn't in the immediate vicinity, so my dog stayed calm. It was particularly nice that she could move around freely on the property. It was a very relaxed alternative on a beautiful, romantic plot of land… but it was cold at minus 8°.

Gunnar talks about an oasis, and that's really not an exaggeration – the place is heavenly!! Between two ponds, there's a fire pit with several seating options! We were able to drive our camper van right up to the fire pit! The ponds are very clean, and in one of them, there are even koi swimming around! The place is completely fenced and surrounded by many trees. At first, we went on a little exploration tour. There's also a small outhouse (pit toilet) which is totally clean and super cute! Immediately after booking, Gunnar contacted us! Gunnar is incredibly friendly and immediately made us feel welcome. He sent us all the information on how to get there and what else we needed to know. Even though he was on vacation thousands of kilometers away, he was always reachable and even checked in on us. The nearest town isn't far and offers plenty of shopping opportunities! It was absolutely relaxing, and we are definitely coming back!!! First time trying Nomady and it was a direct hit!! Gunnar, thank you for everything!!!

Well-maintained complex, peace and seclusion - and yet everything necessary (bakery, supermarket...) nearby. Plus, a very helpful host!

As always, top-notch, and no one can be blamed for the rainy weather.

Wunderschön! Perfekt um ein paar tage abzuschalten.

This was my second time at the pond. The first time alone and the second time with the family. It was a wonderful stay that everyone will remember. We will definitely come again. Great host, uncomplicated communication, wonderful place!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben es sehr genossen. Die zwei Weiher laden zum Entspannen ein und die Feuerstelle mit dem Grill ist einfach praktisch. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Kontakt war auch sehr freundlich und wir hatten zu jederzeit die Möglichkeit uns zu melden, wenn was gewesen wäre. Wir werden wieder kommen 😀.

Ein wahrhaft wunderschöner und ruhiger Rückzugsort – liebevoll gestaltet, mit mehreren Ebenen und romantischen Sitzecken. Das Gelände ist eingezäunt und mit den Weiher – ein wahres Paradies für Kinder und Hunde. Gunnar ist äußerst hilfsbereit und versorgt einen mit präzisen Informationen, sodass man diesen verborgenen Ort sofort findet.
