Our expansive 5500 sqm "Orchard Meadow" has been preserved as an "Aire Naturelle" – meaning it's largely undeveloped, yet equipped with all the necessary infrastructure for paths, water, solar power (from spring 2026), and toilets. For your stay, we've created terraces with ample space for hiking tents, large tents, or pitches for (e.g., VW) campervans, caravans, and cars with roof tents. The entire area is adorned with Lariccio pines, chestnut, walnut, and fruit trees, providing welcome shade in the summer. To the east, the terrain is bordered by a small forest stream and is completely fenced. The central meeting point on the site is a wooden structure with a covered terrace, offering views across the grounds and to the other side of the valley. This wooden construction is equipped with a functional kitchenette and a large sink. A shower and two extra washbasins are housed in three separate cabins.
The covered terrace comfortably seats 10-12 people. The ground is grassy but relatively stony. The road is located above the meadow, meaning it's very quiet. The train runs on the other side of the Savaggio valley; you'll hear and see it, but the schedule isn't minute-by-minute, and certainly not at midday.
PS: You can reach the "Savaggio" train stop in 10 minutes, allowing you to leave your camper or tent behind and organize excursions/tours directly from the camp. This is a popular option... or you can hike on the GR 20, swim in mountain rivers, visit the Cascade des Anglais in Vizzavona, buy Corsican products in the village, or simply enjoy a good meal.
