Our camp offers space for you, your friends, and family, where you can truly BE undisturbed. Multiple tents can be pitched, accommodating a good 15 people. For those traveling with just a tent (without a bus, rooftop tent, or camper van), we have a separate, more affordable listing specifically for you: 'Camping with a View from Goms to Simplon'.
YOU WILL HAVE THIS ENTIRE SPACE TO YOURSELVES! In the mornings, the sunrise will awaken you, and this sunny, flat spot invites you to enjoy the unforgettable views and is perfect for playing games. In the evenings, you can comfortably sit by the fire. However, it is absolutely crucial to adhere to any fire bans if they are currently in effect!
Right next to the camp, a hiking trail passes by, offering several routes through beautiful, wild, and diverse nature. The gondola lift to Riederalp is just a 10-minute walk from the camp; there are countless hiking trails in all directions with varying degrees of difficulty. Our camp serves as a horse paddock during the winter half-year. Now, it's available for camping during the summer half-year. The gravel pitch is level, though sometimes it might smell a bit like horses. You'll have expansive views of the Simplon and into Goms, and you can look down onto Brig. The spot is secluded, yet the village is reachable in just 10 minutes on foot. 10 minutes to the gondola station - 10 minutes to the village shop. The Aletsch Glacier and the Aletsch region are quickly accessible by gondola and on foot. The entrance to the camp is a bit tricky; meaning YOUR VEHICLE NEEDS SUFFICIENT GROUND CLEARANCE TO DRIVE OVER A THRESHOLD AND MUST NOT BE TOO LONG! It's possible for a normal-length VW bus, but it requires patience and skill from you to drive in!!! It's no problem for raised buses or all normal cars.
