Discover a unique overnight stay on our enchanting property, a former trout farm nestled in the picturesque South Harz, just outside Uftrungen. We offer two pitches (only one bookable via Nomady) perfect for your adventure. This idyllic location is the ideal starting point for exploring the stunning Harz region. Due to our professional commitments, we kindly request bookings to be made 24 hours in advance. Our expansive 6500m² grounds are partially fenced and easily accessible via a well-maintained driveway. Here, you'll find a natural spring (not suitable for swimming), a charming stream, two halls, and a cozy bungalow. We provide two toilets and one shower for your convenience (please note: no sinks). Embrace the outdoor lifestyle with a small grill, a fire bowl, or a fire pit available for your use. Relax in the hammock or unwind on two comfortable hay bales, perfect for seating. A hot tub (for wellness, not a swimming pool) can be used by arrangement, offering a touch of luxury. We kindly ask guests to take all their waste with them upon departure for proper disposal. Dogs and cats are warmly welcomed! We only ask that you please pick up after your beloved pets. While off-leash play isn't always possible, a leash is generally required for all four-legged friends on the property. Off-leash time may be possible by arrangement. Please note that outside the property, a leash law applies in Saxony from March 1st to July 15th. To ensure a smooth arrival and on-site introduction, we prefer to be present when you check in. Therefore, an arrival time window will be necessary. Detailed information and directions will be provided with your booking confirmation. We admit that we can't always respond to bookings immediately; we also enjoy time away from laptops and phones! We check our inbox twice daily (morning and evening) and will happily respond then. We hope you understand this in our fast-paced world. This relaxed pace is precisely what you'll find at our pitch. Important note: Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the toilets and shower during their stay. Both will be handed over in impeccable condition, and we kindly request they are returned in the same state.
