Welcome to Camp Hotzenplotz! Our nature-focused campsite is idyllically situated in the heart of the forest, right on the shores of Lake Brahmsee in Schleswig-Holstein – perfect for anyone seeking peace, nature, and an authentic camping vibe.
Our campsite offers pitches for motorhomes, vans, and tents. As we also use the site for youth camps, pitches are only occasionally unavailable during large group bookings. On all other days, you can enjoy the unique atmosphere of our nature camp.

Please park your vehicles and set up your tents in a neat and compact manner to ensure there is plenty of space for everyone.

Please take all your trash with you and leave nature exactly as you found it.

Out of respect for our neighbors and the natural surroundings, loud music, portable speakers, and other sound systems are not permitted.

Camp Hotzenplotz is not a party venue. We do not permit rowdy gatherings, excessive alcohol consumption, or any behavior that disturbs the peace.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Of course, you are more than welcome to continue chatting at a normal volume – after all, a cozy evening by the campfire is what camping is all about.

Please keep in mind that many of our guests are just passing through and will be continuing their journey early the next morning. They truly appreciate a quiet and restful night's sleep.
Cancellation
Flex
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Cancellations are only accepted via the designated cancellation tool. Verbal or written agreements cannot be taken into account. You can find out how to cancel in our FAQs.
