What is that?
Park Overnight (PON) offers simple, legal overnight spots in parking areas—ideal for spontaneous and safe travel. The spots are meant for one or more nights and are perfect when you need a quiet, official place to park, sleep and continue your journey.
Our 8 paved pitches are located directly at the valley station of the areitXpress in Zell am See-Schüttdorf.
In summer, you can look forward to varied hikes and numerous leisure activities on Zell's local mountain. A special highlight is a boat trip on Lake Zell with an impressive mountain panorama. In winter, the areitXpress takes you directly to the Schmittenhöhe ski area.
Thanks to the nearby bus and train stops and the Guest Mobility Ticket, you can explore the region conveniently without a motorhome.
Good to know: The pitches are located at Parking 1 of the areitXpress valley station. Power connections are available, and shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
The pitch is in a test phase. If needed, the infrastructure will be further expanded.

Self check-inYou arrive on your own, without a welcome
You can cancel up to 10 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Cancellations are only accepted via the designated cancellation tool. Verbal or written agreements cannot be taken into account. You can find out how to cancel in our FAQs.

Pitch OK toilets
not open between 8am-5pm therefore only 2 stars
Simple pitch at the Schmittenhöhe ski resort parking lot. A WC and shower facilities are still missing, electricity is available. We will come back.
There are more seats available than indicated in the app.
It's simply a rip-off to have to pay almost €30 for a spot like this!!
Location loud and slanted, no disposal; didn't even find garbage disposal; offers nothing except electricity, which we don't even need!
Leaves a very bad impression for this tourist region. Never again!

Park Overnight gibt höher frequentierten Plätzen in naturnaher Lage einen zweiten Nutzen. So werden bestehende Infrastrukturen effizient genutzt und legale Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten geschaffen.
Die Ausstattung sowie die Lage des Stellplatzes ist vor der Buchung transparent in der Beschreibung einsehbar.

Too expensive just for an overnight stay and if you need a bit of electricity
Pitches are sloping
No trash bin
No water
No waste disposal
No toilet
Basically nothing
Nothing special about the location
And it's a very long walk to Zell
