"Wild camping in the heart of Münsterland! Hello to everyone who loves setting up their ROOFTOP TENT (or other gear) in the great outdoors. If you've always wanted to experience 100% legal 'WILD CAMPING', I can offer you a 2,500 m² pitch on a beautiful meadow in the heart of Münsterland, surrounded by mature oak trees and a hedgerow. What do we have to offer? ALMOST NOTHING!!!! No electricity, no toilet, and no shower—but what we do have is a magnificent panoramic view and breathtaking starry night skies! Start your day with ice-cold water pumped by hand from a 15-meter-deep well (not drinking water)—a little muscle power required! Hang your hammock between the tall oaks and enjoy a nap in nature, or use the meadow for endless fun and games. Wind down your evening around the campfire with a nice drink and soak in the great outdoors; with a bit of luck, the fox and the hare will bid you good night, or deer will be grazing right nearby at dusk. For cycling enthusiasts, the nearby Münsterland Cycle Path (from Coesfeld to Rheine) is perfect for a ride. There are also several circular hiking trails waiting to be explored. Please keep in mind that the nearest shopping facilities are about 5–6 km away, so be sure to bring everything you need! The pitch is EXCLUSIVELY YOURS—there is always ONLY 1 BOOKING at a time so you can truly enjoy peace, nature, and leave everyday life behind, making it ideal for SELF-SUFFICIENT CAMPERS. And please leave the pitch clean and free of trash so everyone finds it spotless—everyone should also have their own portable toilet on board!\n\nP.S.: To EVERYONE who also loves WINTER camping: OUR PITCH is available for you ALL YEAR ROUND! However, after weeks of heavy rain, the ground may unfortunately become waterlogged and NOT ACCESSIBLE BY VEHICLE :( Otherwise, you are very welcome in winter too. If you are a larger group arriving with several vehicles/setups, please let us know in advance."

Rules

Our property is located next to active agricultural land. We kindly ask you not to enter these areas and to keep your dogs supervised, as there is abundant wildlife in our surroundings.

Please keep the pitch clean and tidy! This is a natural campsite, so the grass might be a little longer sometimes ;)

Cancellation

Strict

You can cancel up to 30 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Cancellations are only accepted via the designated cancellation tool. Verbal or written agreements cannot be taken into account. You can find out how to cancel in our FAQs.

Great spot with trees, a fire pit, and a water pump (non-potable water). Very well-maintained and idyllic, the host was very friendly and always reachable. We will definitely be back :)

What a wonderful campsite! I didn't expect so much space. Everything was arranged with so much love—the little fire pit, the many potential pitches. The dogs felt right at home and had plenty to keep them busy. To top it all off, we had a fantastic sunset. Would gladly stay again!

Super straightforward communication. Free choice of spots on a beautifully prepared site, surrounded by a great hedge for privacy and fields. The night was pitch black. Far away from any houses, you could hear all sorts of interesting animal sounds. When I opened the van door in the morning, there were 3 hares sitting right in front of it. The stay was really great. Booked spontaneously in the evening, Sascha responded very quickly. The spot is incredibly beautiful, huge, and secluded. I had a nice view of the field, saw a deer in the evening, and was able to enjoy the sunset. My dog felt very comfortable there. I was able to drive my Smart car to the spot easily, even though it had rained heavily shortly before. The water pump was definitely interesting.... The night was very, very quiet!!!
