Your camp is nestled in the idyllic Jaunbach Valley, between Im Fang and Jaun, perfectly integrated between forest and meadow. Ich bin Tobias, wohne in Jaun und bin Landwirt. Wir haben um die 30 Milchkühe und die produzierte Milch wird in der Dorfkäserei verkäst. Den Sommer verbringen die Kühe auf den Alpweiden auf 1500 MüM. und fressen die feinen Alpkräuter und Blumen. Kein Wunder ist die Milch so wertvoll und der Gruyère AOP und Vacherin Fribourgois AOP-Käse so würzig und einzigartig.
