Available from June 2027, “Isolated from Everything” is a one-of-a-kind “medicinal herb dryer” that I designed and built as a permaculture farmer in my organic olive grove. Inspired by an underground yurt, it features an apical skylight and offers a space to stay amidst the soothing scents of dried herbs. This partially underground space is covered with a green roof supported by a self-supporting frame, creating an “earthship” that ensures constant coolness in summer thanks to its wall carved from raw rock, and a pleasant temperature in winter. A stove is also installed for optimal comfort. Nestled in the heart of my secluded olive grove, surrounded by woods and close to the Trois Monts nature reserve, the earthship offers a peaceful and natural setting. The main structure, including earthworks and roofing, was built last summer (2026). The interior fitting-out will begin next winter (2026-27) and will be completed in time for availability from June 2027. The oval-shaped room measures approximately 7 meters by 4 meters.
