Our small farmhouse is perched on a rocky outcrop at the foot of the Gantrisch mountains, about 150 meters above the Schwarzwasser river and away from the village. Approximately 80 meters from the house, a very quiet, private spot awaits you in the heart of nature, offering views of the rolling hills of the Schwarzenburgerland and a wonderful panorama of the Stockhorn range. The campsite features a fire pit with seating, firewood, and a grill. Electricity is also available. A guest toilet/shower with a separate entrance is located at the main house, about 80m from the camp. Our location in the Gantrisch Nature Park offers numerous opportunities to explore the area on foot or by bike. Highlights include the trail into the Muscherental, a hike up the Leiternpass, a visit to the Rüeggisberg monastery ruins, the Abegg-Stiftung in Riggisberg with its world-unique textile collection, an excursion to the Plättlihöhle cave, and on hot days, you can cool off in the Schwarzwasser river, just a 5-minute drive away. You are also welcome to book a trekking tour with our llamas. In our large 'nature-living-room' garden with all its cozy corners, we are happy to serve our homemade, freshly prepared tarte flambée or a 'Maison' fondue upon request. Note: The 'Häxehüsli' (Witch's Cottage), usually available to our Nomady guests, is unavailable due to repairs until approximately mid-May 2026. Fondue and tarte flambée can still be ordered upon request 😊.

Your winter camp at the foot of the Gantrisch mountains is perched on a rocky outcrop 150 meters above the Schwarzwasser river and away from the village, at an altitude of 850 m. It comes equipped with 2 fire pits, a grill, wood, and electricity. Approximately 80 meters from our farmhouse, a very peaceful spot awaits you, exclusively for your use, surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views of the Stockhorn mountain range and the Schwarzenburgerland region.

Your heated guest bathroom (WC/shower) with a separate entrance is located about 80m from the camp, near the house. For cozy, atmospheric evenings, our small 'Häxehüsli' (witch's cottage), which can be heated with a wood-burning stove, is also at your disposal. There, upon request, we serve our 'Fondue Maison' or tarte flambée.

We are located approximately a 30-minute drive from the Gantrisch cross-country skiing paradise, boasting 45 km of trails and snowshoeing paths (Info: www.gantrisch.ch). You'll receive interesting tips for winter hikes and excursions in our area as a small document directly from us upon arrival. We would also be delighted to take you on a trekking adventure with our llamas.

Access to the camp is a bit steep and not always cleared of snow, as it's a private road. All-wheel drive or snow chains are advantageous depending on the weather conditions. For current road conditions, please consult with us. In case of snowfall and/or icy access to the farm, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone your booking at short notice for safety reasons. Your pitch (approx. 250 m2) is not cleared of snow. A snow shovel and snow blower are available.
