Hallo, wir sind Christa & Jakim! 2022 haben wir uns auf einem Landwirtschaftsbetrieb kennengelernt. Damals waren wir beide angestellt, seit 2025 führen wir gemeinsam den Bauernhof von Christas Eltern im Nebenerwerb. Bevor wir sesshaft wurden, waren wir unabhängig voneinander viel unterwegs. Jakim arbeitete auf Farmen in Kanada und Paraguay, Christa in Hostels in Zentralamerika und als Tauchlehrerin in Spanien. Auf unseren Reisen haben wir einfache, authentische Unterkünfte fernab vom Massentourismus besonders schätzen gelernt. Dieses "einfache" Lebensgefühl prägt heute unseren Alltag auf dem Hof. Wir lieben das einfache Landleben, die Arbeit auf dem Feld und mit den Tieren, gemütliche Sommerabende am Feuer und ein erfrischendes Bad in der Emme - Wir freuen uns an den kleinen, feinen Dingen des Lebens. Da wir nun nicht mehr so oft verreisen, möchten wir Reisende bei uns Willkommen heissen. Auf unserem Bauernhof kannst du verweilen, die Natur geniessen und einfach sein – ohne grossen Luxus, ohne Menschenmassen, dafür mit Ruhe und Landleben. Komm vorbei, wir freuen uns!🤗

For your power supply, you will find a combination socket located in the barn just behind the door, featuring both a 5-pin 400V CEE outlet and a standard 230V household socket. For campers, we recommend using the 230V household socket. Please make sure to bring a sufficiently long extension cord and a suitable adapter for your camper if needed. 😊

No greywater disposal available

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

No open fires allowed — please use your own grill or one of the designated fire pits along the Emme river.

Please inform your host in case of a late arrival

Fire pits are located along the Emme river (about a 10-minute walk away) – otherwise, please bring your own grill.

The grassy area has a gentle slope

Farm cats

Cattle can sometimes be seen grazing in the meadow right next to the camp

Shared bathroom - the bathroom may also be used by other guests

We offer two rooms and a parking space on our farm - please note there may be other guests on-site.

Cancellation

Flex

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Cancellations are only accepted via the designated cancellation tool. Verbal or written agreements cannot be taken into account. You can find out how to cancel in our FAQs.

The spot is very quiet, right in the middle of nature next to the cow pasture. The farm is wonderful. Christa was very friendly and even helped us out with a gas cooker because ours was empty.

The Hofparadiesli pitch is beautiful and quietly located. Christa and Jakim are great hosts who gave us a warm welcome and helped us with all our questions and concerns! The shower and toilet were very clean, and there is now also electricity available at the pitch. We are very grateful to have found this beautiful place and would love to come back!

A truly beautiful place for a weekend in nature. The pitch is wonderfully located on the farm, surrounded by meadows and forest and with plenty of peace and quiet. The evenings in front of the tent with a view of the sunset were particularly lovely – and the calves in the pasture next door provided entertaining visits time and again. 😊 The farm itself is beautiful and very well-maintained, and the hosts are warm and uncomplicated. We also really appreciated the beautiful, sparkling clean bathroom. We felt at home from the very first moment and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The site is also an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes in the Emmental. We would love to come back!
