Mueshütte Camp

The pitch is beautifully located in a rather quiet part of the Entlebuch. It is surrounded only by Alps with high pastures and holiday homes. Since there are no alpine or mountain restaurants for miles around, there were relatively few people on the many surrounding hiking trails. However, the pitch is a great starting point for climbing one of the peaks on the Schrattenfluh. The drive up to the pitch is via a narrow agricultural road about 5 km long, but it is technically easy to manage even with a 7-meter-long alcove motorhome. Our two kids really enjoyed the two nights. The support from Deborah was also great: quick responses, helpful hiking tips, etc.

Wunderbach! Fantastic! We found total peace and quiet while enjoying the beautiful scenery and our neighbors, the cows. In short, we loved the place as well as the region and will gladly return! The hosts respected our need for solitude while offering us the chance to buy fresh milk at their farm if we wanted. Excellent milk, too! Thank you for your kindness and your helpfulness, Deborah. Wonderfully idyllic location between two alpine farms. Great hiking opportunities. Pure tranquility at almost 1400 m above sea level. Uncomplicated and very friendly communication with the owners.
