Über dem Albulatal

The village of Stierva is perched high above the Albula Valley at around 1,400 meters above sea level. Since 1983, we have been running our mountain farm here, specializing in suckler cow husbandry, 'Pro Specie Rara' breeds like the Black Alpine Pig and Mirror Sheep, and offering agritourism for many years. We have set up our Nomady Camp right at the farm entrance, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the valley while sitting by the campfire or simply soaking in the peace and quiet. You will park in a sunny, paved spot with a truly majestic view. For your comfort, we provide seating handcrafted from local materials. A fire pit is also available. Our home is located far from the main transit route to the Engadin; you can reach us by following a well-maintained road for 7km from Tiefencastel. We are part of the 'Savognin Bivio Albula' holiday region and are only about a 20-minute drive from Lenzerheide. Countless hiking and biking trails, as well as the Parc Ela, are waiting for you. In our self-service farm shop, we offer a wide range of seasonal and regional products, including beef, lamb, and pork from our own farm. Our focus is on natural, animal-friendly meat production of organic quality.
