Our community voted for their three favorite camps per country from the eight most-booked camps in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Italy. Take a look at the winners to see what makes them so special. Might just be worth it to plan an extra road trip in autumn!

Bühl - Beim Naturdenkmal Eiche

Situated on the edge of the forest, you will find a gravel path leading to this tent and camping site, which offers all the amenities you need for a break in nature. In bad weather, you can also take a seat in the cozy hut next to it.

Plätzchen an der Sommerweide

From the tent and pitches directly next to the pasture, you can explore the region around the Feldberg on foot or by bike. Thanks to the toilet, shower and other extra infrastructure, longer stays are also worthwhile.

Beim Baum der Träume (Schwarzwald)

Far-reaching views are guaranteed on this high-altitude pasture. Located in the central Black Forest, you camp here near the “Tree of Dreams”. As the name suggests, it really does invite you to immortalize your dreams/wishes.

Camp Muntanela

The simple camp on a mountain meadow allows you to spend the night in the midst of beautiful nature at 1895 m above sea level with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Directly connected to the hiking area and with a restaurant next door.

At the foot of the Rigi, high above Lake Lucerne, you will find this camp in a dreamlike location among tall fruit trees. After an adventurous journey, the place invites you to relax and unwind.

Camp im Obstgarten mit Seeblick

The camp with 3 pitches is located in the beautiful Seetal valley with a view of Lake Hallwil. With the lake and forest within walking distance, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing break in nature. Breakfast can be booked on request.

On this meadow, secluded and surrounded by unique nature with a wonderful view of Lake Garda, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and really relax. There is plenty to discover in the surrounding area.

Under Bernhard and Anja's huge pear tree with swing is the ideal campsite in partial shade and with morning sun, with a great view of the mountains. Not far from the Texelgruppe Nature Park, nature and relaxation await.

Corte Odorico Winery

Corte Odorico is a small family business consisting of a farm, a winery and a wine store. Nestled in its own vineyards, in the land of Amarone, Valpolicella. The two pitches are located on the edge of the vineyards.
