Our idyllic forest meadow is nestled in the heart of the Upper Bavarian Forest Nature Park and is part of a nature conservation program dedicated to preserving ecologically valuable areas. To ensure you can fully immerse yourself in the tranquility and nature, you'll have the entire space to yourself, without having to share it with others.
Depending on your preference and the season, you can choose your pitch directly on the meadow or on a paved forest path in the shade. Please note that a slight slope on the meadow is unavoidable.
In case of bad weather or upon request, you can also spend the night in our self-built garden house, which is equipped with 4 sleeping spaces in the attic and an outdoor fire pit.
A toilet is located approximately 200m away on our farm premises and can be used for a one-time cleaning fee of 5€. Electricity supply is also available at the farm premises, not directly at the pitch.
If our holiday apartment is not occupied, there is an option to use the shower for an additional fee.
Our farm is situated in a small mountain village, offering numerous hiking and excursion opportunities. In summer, the nearby Silbersee (Silver Lake) provides a welcome refreshment.
You are welcome to feed the goats and chickens on our farm and enjoy a farm-fresh breakfast egg in the morning. Depending on the season, you can also help harvest in the vegetable garden.

Notes on the facilities
A toilet is available on the farm premises. Electricity and water can be used for an additional fee, but are not directly at the forest meadow. The electricity access point is at the barn, approximately 200m from the camp. The shower is located in our holiday apartment and can only be used when the apartment is vacant. You are welcome to spend time on the farm, use the BBQ facilities, and enjoy the garden at any time.

You can cancel up to the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time set for this spot — not the end of the calendar day. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Cancellations are only accepted via the designated cancellation tool. Verbal or written agreements cannot be taken into account. You can find out how to cancel in our FAQs.

Surroundings & Activities
Winter access
In winter, the site may not always be accessible. Depending on the snow conditions and your vehicle, we will determine if the forest meadow can be reached or if camping is only possible on our farm grounds. Just give us a call or send a message—we'll get back to you!

Shopping facilities
You'll find guesthouses, a bakery, a butcher shop, and a supermarket in the neighboring village of Tiefenbach, just 3 km away. On Tuesdays and Fridays, a baker visits the village directly between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM, offering fresh goods.
Our local mountain, offering fantastic views of the Bavarian Forest, is just a 20-minute walk away.
Dive into adventure! Swim and fish in the crystal-clear waters of Silbersee in Treffelstein (just 5km away). Explore breathtaking hiking trails like Frauenstein and Schlosshügel, or ascend the Böhmerwaldturm Stadlern for panoramic views. Cyclists will love the scenic Schwarzachtalradweg and Aschatalradweg.
Depending on snow conditions, winter sports are available in the immediate vicinity.

This was already our second time here as a family and we will definitely be back! The place offers incredible peace and quiet, plenty of privacy, and beautiful nature. Our excursions to Burgstall Altenschneeberg with its fantastic panoramic view and the hike to Lake Silbersee were also great experiences for all of us. Perfect for a break from everyday life! Highly recommended!

We had 2 cozy days with Anna and Flo. We had the meadow at the edge of the forest all to ourselves. Toilet, shower, electricity, and water connections were available to use at the farm. Very nice. Everything was great.
A truly beautiful campsite in an absolutely quiet location! The secluded setting offers a lot of privacy, allowing you to fully enjoy nature and the peace and quiet. The toilet is about 200 meters from the campsite and was very clean and well-maintained.
The hosts deserve a special mention: super friendly, warm, and always accommodating. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, nature, and privacy!
