A warm welcome to our ostrich farm and animal sanctuary in the heart of Bavaria, nestled between the Upper Palatinate Jura, the Altmühl Valley, and the Franconian Lake District. Our sanctuary is home to ostriches, goats, horses, chickens, peacocks, and rabbits. Your pitch is located on a meadow directly next to the animals. + lots of animals: petting the cat and admiring the peacocks were the highlights here + quiet location, chirping crickets and church bells in the evening, otherwise silence + large meadow as a pitch + toilet and sink available and clean + trampoline for the children - When we arrived (we had messaged at noon to say roughly when we would be there), no one was there, no one was reachable by phone, and we had to find our own way. It might be helpful to provide more detailed information in advance for when you are out and about. Otherwise, as mentioned above, a very nice spot; we can recommend it.
