Also the Sardinian pasta, called Malloreddus, and the fish dish Bottarga are local specialties that taste great. Try a glass of wine, for example Cannonau di Sardegna, and after the meal, to finish, have a Mirto, a liqueur made from the berries of the myrtle tree.
