Hi, I'm Kari from Zebuhof. The farm comprises 6 hectares of land and 10 hectares of alpine pasture. There are currently around 25 small and large zebus living in this wonderful environment. Because sustainability and respect for the animal go hand in hand with consumption, as many pieces as possible are used "nose to tail". I am delighted to share our beautiful place high up on the Lauerzerberg with the Nomady community.
