Hoi MitänandMy name is Erich Reichmuth. Together with my wife and our four children, we run the farm in Büel. We keep cows, cattle and calves of the Wagyu breed, probably the best beef in the world. A few goats keep us busy and chickens provide us with delicious eggs. The cows and goats spend the summer on the alpine pastures, and our versatile farm is rounded off with fruit trees and berries. As a trained carpenter with a love of detail, I have already left my mark on the farm, and as an open, sociable person, I look forward to making many new acquaintances and having lots of interesting conversations.
