We own a 20-hectare farm in mountain zone 3 in Im Fang in the Gruyère region. The milk from our cows is processed into fine Gruyère AOP in the Jaun cheese dairy. Our 40 goats and sheep are our great passion. We process the goat's milk into fresh and semi-hard cheese in our own farm cheese dairy. The scotch is fed to the alpine pigs. The cats and our farm dog are spoiled by us all.
