After many years of traveling the world with a backpack, motorcycle and bicycle, I recently fulfilled my dream of owning a four-sided farm in a very rural setting, yet in the middle of a small town. Here I can live out all my passions. We have a huge garden with fruit and vegetables, the size of a small park, and a pasture where we will soon be keeping animals. Sustainability is important to me, our products should be authentic and honest, living consciously and healthily is important, .... cooking is a favorite activity, bringing people together and meeting many travelers, exchanging ideas.
