Greetings, Salut, we are Laura and Thomas. We have recently started a permaculture project directly on the Via Podiensis, the French Way of St. James in southwest France. We are transforming our 400-year-old mill and the surrounding land into a permaculture space. A basic principle alongside Earth Care and People Care is Fair Share. That is why we are opening our house and the grounds to interested people who would like to visit a special kind of accommodation on their pilgrimage, camping trip, cycling tour, etc.
