The two brothers Cornelius and Lukas are super nice, the landscape is extremely quiet and beautifully situated in nature, and the forest with the fire pits is quite romantic. I believe they run this place with a lot of attention to detail. If you can't self-cater, the supply house has everything you need: sanitary facilities with plenty of shampoo, a usable kitchen with dishes, electricity, etc.
What bothers me, however, as an almost self-sufficient camper (who has everything except electricity for the fridge), is the fact that the pitch is extremely expensive for what it offers, especially considering that if you need electricity, you hardly have any reasonable options for parking. The power supply is unfortunately so poor that you have no chance without an extension cord of at least 25m, and even then, you're on a slope, and the fuse sometimes can't handle the length of the cable. Although Lukas helped us super quickly and kindly, all in all, I would have expected more for the price. The sanitary facilities are usable, but also not commensurate with the price category. I don't know how long you've been running this, maybe these are things you want to improve soon; it would certainly do your Campspace a lot of good. Alternatively, be completely transparent, understandable, and fair in your listing and adjust the price accordingly – the value for money simply has to be right. Your love for detail is great, but don't forget the basics beyond that 😉
