I'm offering you a spacious plot of land on the edge of the village, bordering a forest, surrounded by lush meadows and fields – with a view of the village's own alpacas! :)
My property is approximately 400 sqm and completely fenced.
It includes a carport with a fire pit and ☆ an ECO-toilet integrated into the carport ☆
The property can also be accessed by campers or vehicles with extra length, as the path from the gate to the carport is fully laid with grass pavers.
The plot is exclusively yours for the duration of your booking :)
Of course, you can also spend the night in a tent under the starry sky.
Here, you can fully enjoy beautiful sunsets and balmy summer nights.
The furniture (Eco-WC, sun lounger, seating group, cushions, fire basket, grill) can and should be used with pleasure :)
Toilet cleaning is included in the price mentioned above.
Any accumulated waste can be disposed of for a contribution of €5 (to be paid on arrival).
Otherwise, the pitch must be left clean, tidy, and free of waste.
Since I own two dogs myself, your furry friends are also very welcome here and will certainly have a blast romping around! ;)

As we are located on the edge of the village, but unfortunately not in complete solitude, I cannot accommodate continuous barkers. 😕

My property is near Pottenstein, in the heart of Franconian Switzerland.
The beautiful Klumpertal can be reached directly from the property, without crossing a road, in just a few minutes' walk, and the green Püttlachtal with its natural Kneipp facility offers wonderful refreshment on hot days :)

The price is for 4 adults – children are free of charge 😉 For each additional person, it's €5 – larger groups on request.

Hier habe ich ein umzäuntes Grundstück am Dorfrand gelegen mit Blick zu den dorfeigenen Alpakas. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge inklusive ;)

Da ich selbst zwei Hunde besitze seid ihr und eure Fellnasen herzlich willkommen das schöne Klumpertal, was direkt vor unserer Haustür liegt, zu erkunden :)

Tolles Fleckchen im Grünen

Das schöne Lichterfest am 03. Januar in Obertrubach und das Lichterfest in Pottenstein am 06. Januar ist ein Highlight in unsrer Region ! Hier werden auf den umliegenden Bergen ganz viele Feuer entfacht, was eine tolle Kulisse bietet. 

Ich biete euch hier ein großzügiges Grundstück am Dorfrand in Waldrandlage umgeben von saftigen Wiesen und Feldern- mit Blick zu den dorfeigenen Alpakas :)
Auch im Winter bietet mein Carport im Fleckchen guten Schutz und Holz für ein tolles Lagerfeuer ist genug vorhanden 🔥
Mein Grundstück hat ca. 400qm und ist komplett umzäunt. 
Es beinhaltet ein Carport mit Feuerstelle und ☆ eine ECO- Toilette im Carport integriert ☆
Das Grundstück kann auch mit Camper oder Fahrzeug mit Überlänge befahren werden, da der Weg von Tor bis Carport komplett mit Rasengitter ausgelegt ist.
Das Grundstück gehört euch in der Zeit der Buchung ganz allein :)
Natürlich kann auch mit Zelt unter dem Sternenhimmel genächtigt werden. 
Hier können schöne Sonnenuntergänge und laue Sommernächte in vollen Zügen genossen werden. 
Das Möbiliar (Eco-WC, Sonnenliege, Sitzgruppe, Auflagekissen, Feuerkorb, Grill) kann & darf gerne benutzt werden :)
Die Toiletten Reinigung ist im oben genannten Preis inbegriffen.
Entstandener Müll kann gegen einen Umkosten-Beitrag von 5 €(der bei Anreise vor Ort zu zahlen ist) entsorgt werden.
Ansonsten ist der Platz sauber, ordentlich und müllfrei zu verlassen.
Da ich selbst zwei Hunde besitze, sind eure Fellnasen hier auch herzlich willkommen und kommen beim Toben sicherlich auf ihre Kosten ;)

Da wir am Dorfrand gelegen sind, aber leider nicht in der Einöde wohnen, kann ich leider keine Dauerbeller bei mir aufnehmen😕
Daher bitte ehrliche Einschätzung dazu- Dankeschön 😊
