Step into our outdoor oasis and discover our charming Mini Tiny Garden House, thoughtfully designed with a minimalist touch and measuring a cozy 6 sqm. It features a comfortable bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) with a plush topper and a mosquito net for a restful night's sleep. We offer electricity for your mobile phone upon request, and you can travel light as we provide towels and bed linen. Enjoy a warm shower and access to a toilet with a separate entrance to our Finca. In the mornings, we can offer you a delicious organic vegetarian or vegan breakfast, along with specialty coffees and smoothies. All this is served in our covered, private outdoor cafe, designed with a Mediterranean flair, surrounded by fig, olive, palm, lemon, and orange trees in pots.
For an extra touch of relaxation, you can book our wellness area with an infrared cabin for 1 hour (please inquire/book 1 week in advance).
Please note, our Mini Tiny Garden House does not have cooking facilities. Grilling is not possible or permitted on our property due to the proximity of neighboring houses and garages. Parents are responsible for their children.
We are nestled in a rural setting with an urban feel, located in a new development on the outskirts of Bahlingen am Kaiserstuhl, a wine-growing region with 4,000 inhabitants. From here, you can embark on wonderful excursions – whether exploring the Kaiserstuhl region or the Black Forest, taking a city trip to Freiburg, visiting Europa-Park, and much more. The S-Bahn (commuter train) is just a 5-minute walk away, and the motorway towards the south is 5 km away. We are 12 km from the French border near Sasbach and 65 km from Basel (Switzerland). Our area is often referred to as the 'Tuscany of the South' due to its very warm climate and few rainy days. We are non-smokers, and our Mini Tiny Garden House is intended for non-smokers and without dogs, as we have allergies in the family. A cleaning fee of €15 is payable upon key handover on site.
Life here can be vibrant at times; a neighbor might mow their lawn at lunchtime, or neighbors might barbecue in the evenings (often before holidays). And sometimes, it's wonderfully quiet. You'll wake up to a view of banana plants (in summer) and feel like you're in Costa Rica!
