Our house is nestled in a small village, at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by rolling green hills and a gentle stream. Here, you can greet the cows with a friendly 'hello' and, in the evenings – perhaps even by a crackling campfire – quietly gaze at the stars. In the mornings, you might be woken by a rooster, giving you the chance to watch the chickens and soak up the sun. It's the perfect opportunity to simply switch off and unwind.
