You can choose to climb the highest peak in the Black Forest or, with just as much stamina, head down to the banks of the Rhine. Within a 20 km radius, three lakes invite you for a swim, while the heights of the Hotzenwald offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Alps.

Benjamin's little paradise fully deserves 5 stars. Due to traffic, we didn't arrive until around 10:30 PM, but we were still greeted and shown around very warmly. A wonderful, secluded pitch with a fire pit was waiting for us. Despite the hiking trail right nearby, you enjoy absolute peace and quiet there. The dry toilet is brand new and spotless. Special mention goes to Benjamin, who is a really kind and helpful host, provides great tips for trips and hikes, and is always up for a nice chat. To top it off, we received homemade lemon cake and two bottles of beer when saying goodbye 😊 We will definitely gladly come back, thank you so much for everything, keep it up 😀 Martina and Denis

A wonderful, quiet place in the middle of nature! Located directly on the beautiful 'Schmugglerpfad' hiking trail, this spot offers the perfect getaway. The visit to the Bildsteinfelsen viewpoint was truly worth it – wild nature and a beautiful panoramic view of the Albtal valley. We found Benji to be a warm and attentive host, making us feel completely at home. We would love to come back.
Benjamin was very hospitable. Children and even our dogs were welcome everywhere. There is a spacious area for both kids and dogs. I can recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and quiet, whether with children and/or dogs. We will definitely go back again 👍🏻
The spot is absolutely quiet and idyllic, nestled between trees and pastures, with no view from nearby houses. Benjamin is a fantastic and caring host. He even drove me through the villages in his Trabant at 9:30 PM—with my dog on my lap—to the nearest cigarette machine, just so a poor addict like me wouldn't have to suffer. Thank you so much again for the wonderful stay!
