Your camp is nestled in the idyllic Jaunbach Valley, between Im Fang and Jaun, perfectly integrated between forest and meadow. A small stream gurgles right next to your camp, and the Jaunbach river is just 30 meters away.
In 2023, our camp was recognized by Nomady as one of the best-rated camps!
Important: Maximum width of 2.60m (access via a bridge). The camp is located directly on the Charmey-Jaun hiking trail.
In Jaun, the bizarre Gastlosen peaks, the untouched Brecca Gorge, and high-alti…
We stayed overnight with our car and a tent as a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The location at the edge of the forest and by the river was very much enjoyed by the children. We also didn't find the individual cyclists or hikers disturbing. Tobias is a very friendly contact. We can only recommend it.
Impressive and mystical place at the edge of the forest, amidst cattle pastures. Campfires, night hikes, hikes around the Gastlosen… everything is possible. We really enjoyed it.
This is a beautiful pitch! In summer, there's always shade somewhere. The hikers and bikers aren't a bother. Very interesting conversations also arise. We'd love to come back!
We absolutely did not like the pitch. The pictures show a paved area, as well as a nice fire pit. We found an unkempt pitch, rather uneven, and the hiking trail went directly past the camp, which is rather unsuitable with a dog and child. To get to the toilet, you had to push through bushes, and it was also used by hikers. There was no toilet paper and it was very unkempt. We moved on. It would also make sense to label this pitch as a Nomady spot.
A beautiful place for anyone seeking the tranquility of nature. You will find it here. The sound of the stream is soothing. Jaun is very easily accessible on foot, where you can shop or eat at a restaurant. I will definitely go back when I need a break from everyday life. Many thanks, Tobias.
The spot is very nice with lots of firewood and a huge fire pit. Tobias is very friendly and uncomplicated. The nearby hiking trail is well-frequented, but also offers the possibility to reach the waterfall in Jaun in a very short time.
