Manu's place is simply great. We felt very much at home. The proximity to the Traun river, including the swimming spot, is fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Very friendly hosts. Large, quiet, and very beautiful site with a perfect common room and very good, clean showers and toilets.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome from our host Manu upon arrival. Everything was shown and explained to us. The camp is in a wonderful location at the end of the host's meadow on a graveled and reinforced surface (please only drive on the grass if necessary and carefully to avoid damage). There is no electricity or drinking water at the camp itself, so being somewhat self-sufficient is an advantage. However, getting water from the workshop or the main house was no problem. A mill stream of the Traun runs right by the camp, and the Traun itself is nearby, inviting you to relax and swim (it was absolutely great with the dogs). As described, the camp has a fire pit with a grill, and firewood is included. A spot in untouched nature—we even saw fireflies. The provided sanitary facilities with shower and toilet, as well as the lounge and kitchen, are simply top-notch and very clean; we felt right at home. Manu was very hospitable and attentive, even chilling drinks especially for us. Manu was always up for a chat but never intrusive. He had great excursion tips and shared the region's history and traditions with us, which was very interesting. Equally interesting and highly recommended is the exchange and advice regarding his passion for herbs and natural medicine. Since we were only passing through, our stay was unfortunately too short to fully enjoy everything, but it certainly wasn't our last time visiting Manu and Gretl. Many thanks for the hospitality and for providing this great pitch in the middle of your paradise.

Dreamy spot - nice and quiet with the perfect mix of sun and shade for the summer. The small river nearby is also great for cooling off. Manuel and Gretel are also so friendly! I felt completely at ease.

We had three wonderful days by the Traun with Manuel. The place is just as beautiful as described. Manuel and Gretel are very warm and helpful. We didn't lack for anything. Firewood was always available, and we could even buy sparkling wine and beer from them. Thank you for having us as your guests!!

It was wonderful at the camp by the stream. The pitch is beautifully situated in nature, the bathroom and the common room are lovely, very clean, and furnished with great attention to detail. Thanks Manuel for the great spot and the nice chat in the garden!

Simply top-notch. Manuel and his family have created a truly great private pitch here. Complete peace and quiet with a wonderful view right by a stream. The sanitary facilities, toilet and shower, are amazing—you’d think you were in a 5-star hotel. There is also a small kitchen with a fridge available. Extra services like firewood, a fire pit, and a grill grate round off the experience. Manuel and his family also have a great herb garden.
