Just about a 5-minute drive from the A8, our farm is nestled on the edge of the terrain, offering breathtaking views over the Rosenheim district and the Samerberg area, including the majestic Hochries mountain. Samerberg is a designated natural recreation area, perfect for unwinding.
From your pitch, countless hiking opportunities await. You can easily embark on scenic walks right from your doorstep.
Conveniently, a grocery store and dining options are just a 10-minute walk away. The location is also ideal for starting exhilarating mountain bike tours, and there's a nearby natural swimming pool for a refreshing dip. For adventure seekers, a Downhill BikePark and a cable car are also within a short 2.5 km distance.
Dogs are warmly welcome, but please keep them on a leash as there are adjacent pastures with livestock. The overnight rate includes a tourist tax of 1.50 Euros per person.
