An ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours*, or strolls in the pre-alpine surroundings (Sigriswilergrat, Eriz, Hohgant…). It is equally perfect for simply 'being and enjoying' around the house. As a special extra, a barrel sauna invites you for a soothing session (additional fee applies).

Peaceful location with stunning views. Very friendly and helpful hosts, they even gave us an extension cable to charge our phones in our tent. My family loved it here.
Very beautiful, quiet, and excellently equipped pitch with very friendly hosts. Thanks to the grill, we were able to cook our dinner, and the shelter was very practical since the weather was rather uncertain. If the temperatures had been cooler, we definitely would have used the lovely sauna :) Highly recommended!
Totally quiet spot on the edge of the forest. Electricity is available, and the toilet and shower in the house next door can be used. Friendly hosts and comprehensive information. What more could you want?

Heavenly landscape, very quiet and cozy, plenty of privacy, great infrastructure and facilities (sauna, grill, firewood, table, chairs, covered shelter, bathroom, dishwashing facilities). Wonderful local delicacies easily available to buy from the freezer in the historic house, payment via Twint. Very nice host, totally uncomplicated self check-in and check-out. Absolutely recommended and ideal for an undisturbed weekend for two and/or as a starting point for hikes/bike tours in the idyllic hilly landscape.
Everything was as described. Very pleasant contact. Quiet and peaceful! Facilities were perfect, even with a tent! Unfortunately, it wasn't exactly sauna weather... 😁
