9 Kilometer von uns entfernt, in der Nähe des Dorfes Lacapelle-Biron, kannst du einen Abenteuerpfad hoch in den Bäumen begehen. Es gibt acht verschiedene Parcours mit steigendem Schwierigkeitsgrad, so dass er für jedes Alter und jedes Niveau geeignet ist. Es gibt auch viele andere Aktivitäten: Du kannst Minigolf spielen, Discgolf, "Freispringen" und in einem natürlichen und biologischen Schwimmbad schwimmen. WINEYARDS
Die Weinberge in der Dordogne und im Lot-et-Garonne gehören zu den ältesten in Frankreich. Zusammen produzieren sie nicht weniger als 19 AOC-Weine (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée), darunter den berühmten Monbazillac, Côtes de Bergerac, Côtes de Duras, Armagnac usw. Das Château de Monbazillac mit seinen Weinbergen liegt etwa 40 Kilometer von uns entfernt und bietet einen unterhaltsamen und informativen Rundgang in und um das Schloss, der mit einer Weinprobe endet. Auf der Domaine de la Tuque [https://www.domainedelatuque.com/], nur 10 Kilometer von uns entfernt und in der Nähe des Schlosses Biron, werden köstliche Bioweine angebaut.

RADELN
Hier kannst du mit dem normalen Fahrrad, dem Elektrofahrrad oder dem MTB tolle Strecken fahren. Es ist eine hügelige Landschaft, mit steilen Hügeln hier und da, und je nachdem, in welche Richtung du fährst, kann die Landschaft sehr unterschiedlich sein. Auf dem Weg nach Gavaudun, Biron und Lacapelle-Biron kommst du in bewaldete Gebiete, das sind die Ausläufer der Causses du Quercy. Elektrofahrräder kannst du bei La Station Bee's Villeréal [https://www.stationsbees.com/stations/stations-bee-s-villereal-lot-et-garonne] ausleihen. WANDERN
Du brauchst nicht weit zu suchen: Es gibt einen markierten Wanderweg entlang des Aux Martis! Die Karte dieser Wanderung findest du hier [https://aquitaine.media.tourinsoft.eu/upload/Fiche-Rando-376-Paulhiac-2020.pdf].

Allein in unserer Region (Coeur de Bastides) gibt es mehr als 60 markierte Wanderwege. Die Website [https://www.coeurdebastides.com/fr/resultat/18/balades-et-sentiers-de-randonnees] des Office de Tourisme gibt einen guten Überblick, zu jeder Wanderung kannst du eine praktische PDF-Karte herunterladen.

AUF DEM WASSER
Wir liegen zwischen den Flüssen Lot und Dordogne, zwei bekannten Flüssen, die die Landschaft mitgeprägt haben. Du kannst auf beiden Flüssen Kajak fahren, aber die Dordogne ist in dieser Hinsicht beliebter: Der Fluss schlängelt sich zwischen malerischen Dörfern, beeindruckenden Schlössern und geschliffenen Felsen hindurch und du kannst mit gelegentlichen Stromschnellen rechnen. Du kannst an verschiedenen Orten auf der Dordogne starten: Domme ist ein großartiger Ausgangspunkt, aber auch von Siorac-en-Périgord (näher gelegen) aus ist es eine atemberaubende Reise.

SCHWIMMEN
Würdest du gerne in natürlichem Wasser schwimmen? Sowohl an der Dordogne als auch am Lot gibt es mehrere schöne Stellen zum Schwimmen. Limeuil, Martel, Puy-l'Évêque und Castelfranc sind nur einige der vielen Dörfer, die Spaß machen und über einen schönen Strand verfügen. Ganz in der Nähe, 20 Kilometer von uns entfernt, liegt der See Lougratte [http://www.lougratte.com/frbaignade.html]. Dieser See gehört zu einem Freizeitpark und ist mit einer Rutsche und einem Ponton ausgestattet. Du kannst auch Tretboote mieten, es gibt eine Snackbar und Spielplätze.

Dieses Ferienhaus wurde im Jahr 2024 renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet. Insgesamt bietet das Pivert Platz für 5 Personen.

Die Küche, das Wohnzimmer, das Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss. Vom Wohnzimmer aus führt eine Treppe in das Zwischengeschoss, wo sich ein drittes Schlafzimmer befindet. Diese Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit:

* Küche mit Esstisch, eine modern ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld, Heißluftofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mixer
* Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Sesseln. In den kalten Wintermonaten kannst du den Holzofen genießen.
* Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken
* Schlafzimmer 1 mit Doppelbett (160x200)
* Schlafzimmer 2 mit zwei Einzelbetten (90x200)
* Schlafzimmer 3 (Mezzanin) mit Einzelbett (90x200)

Eine gute Nachtruhe ist wichtig. Unsere Matratzen sind daher von hoher Qualität, ebenso wie die Bettwäsche. Alle unsere Laken und Bezüge sind aus Baumwolle und die Kissen und Bettdecken aus Synthetik, was sie antiallergisch macht.

Das Pivert ist das zweite und mittlere Haus, das du siehst, wenn du dem Feldweg über das Grundstück folgst. Es liegt versteckt zwischen den Bäumen und hat eine überdachte Panoramaterrasse mit Blick auf unser eigenes kleines Tal und den Swimmingpool. Hinter dem Pivert gibt es auch einen kleinen Garten, von dem aus du den Blick auf die Felder und die grasenden Kühe genießen kannst, die ab und zu neugierig zuschauen. Die vielen Bäume, die den Pivert umgeben, spenden Schatten, Kühle und Privatsphäre.

Ein kleiner Weg zwischen den Bäumen führt zum Swimmingpool. Der Pool ist mit Liegestühlen, schattigen Bereichen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Der Pool wird gemeinsam genutzt: Die Gäste der anderen Ferienhäuser und eventuelle Camper unseres Mini-Campingplatzes nutzen ihn ebenfalls. Der Pool ist von Ende Mai bis Ende September jeden Tag von 10 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet.

* Auf Anfrage stellen wir kostenlos ein Babybett und/oder einen Kinderstuhl zur Verfügung.
* Die Waschmaschine wird gemeinsam genutzt und befindet sich in einem Gemeinschaftsraum neben den Sanitäranlagen der Camper.
* Bettwäsche wird immer gestellt, je nach Saison. Badetücher sind optional (8 €/Person).
* Es gibt einen WIFI-Empfang bis zur Gîte. An der Rezeption hast du die beste WIFI-Abdeckung, du bist hier zu jeder Tageszeit willkommen
* Haustiere sind erlaubt

Wir befinden uns im Südwesten Frankreichs, an der Grenze zwischen Lot-et-Garonne und Dordogne. Es ist eine hügelige Landschaft mit einer sehr reichen Geschichte. Die Natur ist üppig und abwechslungsreich. Du kannst wunderschöne Spaziergänge durch dichte Wälder machen und dabei die historischen Denkmäler bestaunen, an denen du zufällig vorbeikommst.

Wir befinden uns inmitten von drei bekannten und lebendigen Bastide-Dörfern: Monflanquin, Villeréal und Monpazier. In Monflanquin (8 km) und Villeréal (11 km) findest du alle grundlegenden Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke, eine Garage usw.

In der Umgebung gibt es viele andere märchenhafte Dörfer, die einen Besuch wert sind: Issigeac, Pays-de-Belvès, Pujols, Puy-l'Évêque, Sarlat-la-Canéda,...

Die größeren Städte in der Nähe sind Villeneuve-sur-Lot (25 km), Bergerac (45 km), Agen (55 km), Cahors (80 km) und Périgueux (90 km). Wir liegen genau zwischen den beiden großen Städten Bordeaux (160 km) und Toulouse (150 km).

Aux Martis - Gite Le Pivert

Dieses Ferienhaus wurde 2024 renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet. Insgesamt bietet das Pivert Platz für 5 Personen.
