The holiday homes designed by architect Justus Dahinden and the swimming pool are a testament to this legacy. Today, our tourist offerings include one bungalow, the Casa Roncaccia, and two 4-room holiday apartments. We are now opening three zones, each with 10-12 spots for campers. In the area leading directly to the forest, camping with dogs is also permitted. You are free to set up your camp wherever you like within these areas—there is plenty of space and shade available. Furthermore, the grounds feature many cozy seating areas where you can relax. The Tresa River and lush woodlands surround our campsite. We operate a snack bar and a POOL BAR on-site. You will find sanitary facilities including toilets and showers, which are shared by both apartment guests and campers. The large 24 x 8 m unmonitored swimming pool is open from June to mid-October (hence the higher summer rate of CHF 59.--). We have also recently added a fitness room (subject to a fee) and a small infrared sauna. A Finnish sauna and a mini-market are currently under construction and are expected to open later in 2026 (winter season). Our camp is ideally located between Luino (Italy) on Lake Maggiore and Ponte Tresa on Lake Lugano. The Tresa River connects these two lakes and flows right past our site. You can cancel up to 10 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. We were alone on the large meadow for one night. Total peace in nature. The one toilet was enough for us. But we can imagine that it can become tedious when the site is full. Good opportunity to wash up with hot water. Since the pool is not in operation outside the season, we would find different prices for high and low season appropriate. So we found 55.- a bit expensive for what the site has to offer.

We spent two quiet, very pleasant nights with our roof tent. We were warmly welcomed. Pure nature around us, a very beautiful setting with forest, meadow, and the river right by the campsite. There were enough showers and toilets that were always kept clean. A request to other guests: Please leave the showers clean after use and use the squeegee to push the water into the drain so that the next guest finds a dry shower. That also takes the pressure off the staff. All around, you can go on wonderful hikes and let your soul unwind!

We had a wonderful stay at this well-maintained and well-equipped campsite. We particularly liked the beautiful swimming pool and the direct supply of water and electricity at the pitch. Special praise goes to the friendly and warm care. You feel welcome and in the best hands from the very beginning. We would love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend this campsite! 🚐☀️
