Bosco della Bella

A very lovely spot, you really get your privacy, the campsite is very nice, the sanitary facilities are clean, and we were able to camp right by the pool. An absolute paradise for children! Because of the river right next to it, the grass was nicely green despite the summer heat; however, this also makes it very damp at night, so everything left outside is soaked in the morning. Therefore: better not park in the shade! For what is offered, we found the price rather expensive, but I guess those are Swiss standards... by the way: don't forget a Swiss power adapter! ;-)

Everything was good – hardly busy, very quiet. Toilets and showers were okay. The proximity to the river was very nice. The swimming pool had nice, clean water, and there's also a snack bar with the helpful Giovanni. The whole place has a bit of a lost-place charm.

A lovely spot right by the river. Unfortunately, there was a salsa festival going on until the evening and it was very loud. The sanitary facilities are okay, but a bit dated.

Overall, a very nice and quiet place. Unfortunately, there was no contact person.

Empty campsite, but with a very nice swimming pool

Great, everything you need. We had a lot of peace and quiet, were almost alone on a huge meadow with our own sanitary facilities because no one else was there. Pool was great. Showers were great. Staff was friendly.

Very beautiful place with a lot of potential! A former holiday village that is unfortunately a bit run-down. Nevertheless, it is a place where you can feel comfortable! Right on the river, bus stop directly accessible via the underpass, so practically inside the holiday village, with buses once an hour in both directions: to Tresa and to Luino. The swimming pool was initially unusable, first due to algae, then due to chlorine, but the staff made an effort to clean the pool so that it could be used on the third day after all.
