Camp Höllhof-Camper van spot Forest Edge

Surrounded by nature on the edge of the forest, right next to a quiet, low-traffic road and about 300 meters from the Höllhof with its fantastic view of Lake Lucerne and a majestic mountain landscape, you have the opportunity to stay overnight or spend several days. The pitch surface is gravel.
It is the perfect base for day trips to Lucerne, Mount Pilatus, the Glasi Hergiswil glassworks, and many other wonderful destinations. The nearest bus stop is a 30-minute walk away. Hiking and biking trails start right by the pitch and throughout the surrounding area. A toilet and a shower are available for your use at the Höllhof (approx. 300 meters away), shared with other guests of the Höllhof.
The pitch is also ideal if you are just passing through, as the motorway access is only a few minutes away.
The last 1.5 kilometers are along a narrow, single-lane road with passing places. The breathtaking views you enjoy along the drive make the trip well worth it.

A spot for your camper awaits you here. At the Höllhof, you'll have access to showers, toilets, and dishwashing facilities. Firewood is also available upon request—please let me know when booking if you'll need some. Payment can be made via Twint, bank transfer, or in cash. Please note: the site is not suitable for tents.

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Fresh eggs can be purchased directly from Höllhof.
You'll find yourself on the edge of the forest, surrounded by lush greenery. A short stroll will lead you to breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne and a magnificent mountain panorama. A cozy fire pit is available for your enjoyment at the parking spot.
You'll find hiking and cycling paths right at your doorstep. Not far away, in Kriens, you'll discover a swimming pool and the gondola to Mount Pilatus, along with a variety of restaurants, bakeries, bars, and shops. The vibrant city of Lucerne is just a short journey away. In winter, several fantastic ski resorts are conveniently located nearby.

The location is good for excursions. 200 meters above Lucerne, the view would be great if it weren't for the trees. It's a shame there isn't a better spot with a view nearby.
We didn't get to see Denise in person, but we still communicated nicely via chat. The sanitary facilities are okay. The pitch doesn't have much charm, but the hiking area at the foot of Mount Pilatus is magnificent.

This place room me an hour and a half of driving up and down a mountain and knocking on farmers doors to eventually find a scruffy layby on the side of the road. The signposting is abysmal and I never got the detailed instructions on how to get there. I'm giving it two stars because of the spectacular views in the morning.
Wonderfully quiet and idyllic spot in the middle of nature, yet within easy reach of the lake and the city. Very beautiful walking and hiking opportunities with breathtaking views just a few steps away from the camp.

The pitch is quiet and the campfire spot is lovely – perfect for a night with a rooftop tent. Unfortunately, the shower and toilet were not clean and there were a lot of small insects. It's a shame, because the place actually has potential.
All amenities are clean and great. Private spot between the trees and in the shade which is great and well hidden. Fresh eggs available in the morning which is fantastic (we had 5 double yolks out of 6!)
