Right in the heart of the Alps, there's a lovely spot waiting for you—whether in a meadow, beside a stream, or in the woods. Slightly secluded from the village and yet just a 5-minute drive from the main road through the Enns Valley. Whether you're arriving with a camper van, a tent, or looking to sleep under the open sky, come on over and we'll find the perfect place for you. Enjoy hiking in the adjacent forest, cooling off your feet in the nearby stream (drinking-water quality!), exploring mountains and alpine lakes, taking the cable car up, and much more. My farm is located in a quiet, slightly secluded area just outside the 300-resident village of Oberhaus, between Schladming and Haus im Ennstal.
Important: Please contact me beforehand to secure/find the right spot, as there have unfortunately been a few mix-ups in the past. Thank you! (Please do not camp in the area around the motocross hut or past the bridge without railings). That is why reaching out in advance is recommended. The motocross track is open on Wednesdays and Fridays until 7:00 PM, and occasionally on Saturdays. The stream and the fire pits are available for all campers to use.

Notes on the facilities
Fresh drinking water can be collected from the nearby farm. A designated area is provided for household waste. Seating, including a table, is available, or can be requested. A campfire is no problem; there's a spot by the stream or you can use a fire pit. A small stream runs right next to the property, perfect for wading in, cooling your feet, or just relaxing. Walking paths and forests are directly adjacent, inviting you to explore.

Great view and such a lovely host! Highly recommended 😊
Unfortunately, we only met Willi briefly as we arrived after sunset. Still, we can say that he is a super friendly host who truly has a solution for every problem.
When we arrived at the farm, it was pouring rain. Nevertheless, Willi drove out to meet us and provided us with a great spot.
The next morning, the sun came out and we could finally enjoy the wonderful view of the landscape and Willi's farm.

We spent the night in a beautiful location. We arrived after dark, so the view that greeted us in the morning was absolutely amazing. The mountain scenery and the sunlit peaks were simply breathtaking. I can highly recommend this place and Willi as a host.
We had a wonderful time at Willi's meadow. Friendly, helpful – and what a view! We stayed in a large tent with three children and really enjoyed it. Thank you, and hopefully see you next time!
I could write pages, but to keep it short and sweet: it hardly gets any better than this. Great location, beautiful surroundings, and view. From the initial contact and arrival to answering questions, helpfulness, departure, etc., etc., Willi and his wife welcomed us so warmly, were always helpful, and were available at any time no matter what happened. We were more than just satisfied and hope to have more wonderful visits with them. Bottom line: simply top-notch, 100% satisfied all around. Absolutely no complaints, simply fantastic and highly recommended!! 10 out of 5 stars.

Willi is a great host and his farm is quietly located. I would love to come back.
The location is a great starting point for exploring the area around Ramsau (15 mins away) and Schladming (8 mins away). There are free public toilets in Ramsau and Schladming.
You can hear the stream nearby, but it is very pleasant. Motocross riders go on 2 days a week, but usually only briefly. I was easily able to adjust to that. There isn't much for teenagers there.
The view from Willi's meadow and the peace and quiet are wonderful. The meadow is right on the edge of the forest and above the village. It was a great stay.
Great hosts, wonderful location, highly recommended!
