I'm offering you a gravel pitch that perfectly combines proximity to nature with excellent infrastructure. The spot is located directly on the Traun river and is the ideal starting point for all your adventures in the Salzkammergut region.

The advantages of this location:

Central Connection: The town center of Bad Goisern and Goisern train station are easily reachable on foot.

Swimming and Relaxation: A public swimming spot on the Traun is just about 100 meters away!

Pitch Surface: A gravel area for your vehicle.

Electricity: An electricity connection is available (fair-use principle).

Important Note on Facilities (Please observe):

Currently, I do NOT yet have sanitary facilities (shower/toilet) or a fresh water connection available.

Planning: The installation of these facilities is already underway and will be implemented soon.

Please ensure you are fully self-sufficient for your stay.

Local attractions are also quickly accessible within the town, such as Neuwildenstein Castle, the Hand.Werk.Haus Salzkammergut, the Local History and Landler Museum, and much more.

Dachstein West (Gosau, Russbach): This family-friendly ski resort is quickly accessible and boasts over 140 kilometers of slopes. Perfect for enjoyable descents and families. The ski bus stop is conveniently located near the parking area.

Krippenstein Ski Region (Obertraun): Renowned as one of Europe's best freeride hotspots. Here, professionals and deep-snow enthusiasts will find challenging descents and breathtaking views of the Dachstein massif.

Short Travel Time: Both main ski resorts can be reached in approximately 20 to 30 minutes by car.
