Sa Rutta Offroad

Thanks Adriano for the great welcome at the agreed meeting point. We had the nicest bathroom of our entire camping holiday at your place. We enjoyed our time; the route was demanding, but no problem with a 4x4 and a bit of off-road experience. Thanks Adriano for everything, the Swiss crew.

It was fantastic and uniquely beautiful! The nature, the tranquility, the animals - a bit of an Africa feeling! Highly recommended for anyone with a suitable vehicle (the road was a challenge even with a Mercedes Sprinter 4x4 - but a beautiful one ;-)). Adriano picked us up and we could follow him; it would have been difficult to find on our own. He was very nice and showed us everything. Everything was clean: shower, toilet, kitchen. A super great experience!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Adriano hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Er war stehts zur Verfügung und hat sich a Morgen erkundigz wie es uns geht. Sehr toller Gastgeber und super Erfahrung. Da wir auch die einzigen auf dem Camp waren, hatten wir alles zu unserr Verfügung. Herzlichen Dank!

Wunderschöner, ruhiger Stellplatz mitten in der Natur – weit und breit kein Mensch, nur ein paar Ziegen. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Der Platz ist top ausgestattet und bietet viele Extras. Ein besonderes Highlight war das typisch sardische Abendessen in netter Runde mit feinem Essen und Wein. Vielen Dank an Adriano, Fabio und Sergio.

Sa Rutta campsite is one of the best sites we have ever stayed at. It's not accessible with a regular car; we had a Ford pickup and that was just right. The drive up was very adventurous, but once we reached the top of the mountain and saw the view, it was all worth it! We were almost completely alone there; a herd of goats and a little fox visited us. The animals weren't afraid and came quite close to us. Slightly downhill from our pitch, there was a cave where you could hang out to eat or just stay sheltered from the wind. It was very clean and lovingly arranged. Outside, there was also a semi-cave where you can barbecue or simply make a fire. Words cannot describe how amazing this place was. You simply have to see it and take it all in! Amidst all the raving, I must also add that 1 day, at most 2 days, is enough, because there simply isn't that much to do. If we return to Sardinia, we will definitely visit this special place again!!!

A wonderful place, one can only dream of such a setting and location. The hosts are wholeheartedly kind and generous. The tranquility, the nature, and the view are truly breathtaking. Thank you so much for this experience. Warmest regards from Afomia and Olli
