Set in a scenic location overlooking the charming outskirts of Niemegk, surrounded by gardens, meadows, and oak forests, I am offering a campsite on approximately 400 sqm of lush, wildflower-rich grassland. 

The meadow enjoys full sun. Electricity is available (located in a wooden box on the back of the small shed, to the left of the gate when viewed from the edge of the forest). Bottled drinking water can be purchased on-site.

There is only one adjacent neighbor, who is very friendly and helpful. The other three sides are bordered by extensive hay meadows and woodland.

From the property, you have a beautiful, wide view of the countryside and the picturesque town of Niemegk, as well as a perfect view of the sunrise. At night, you can enjoy a stunning starry sky with a 'shooting star guarantee' (on clear nights). The area is home to many birds, including rare species like the red-backed shrike.

The site is easily accessible, just 13km (15 minutes by car, 40 minutes by bike) from Bad Belzig. By bus (line 582), it takes 14 minutes plus a one-kilometer walk from the 'Lindenhof' stop in Niemegk. In town, you will find Norma, Netto, and nahkauf supermarkets, as well as an Asian snack bar, two bakeries, a kiosk, and a bank.

Der wilde Garten

A little piece of heaven on Earth - an idyllic garden with large, diverse perennial beds and fruit trees, offering beautiful panoramic views of the Kyffhäuser monument and the Southern Harz mountains, located 8km south of Sangerhausen.

This over 1400 sqm paradise is almost secluded, nestled within a beautiful cultural landscape of fields, meadows, fruit orchards, and deciduous forests. Enjoy stunning distant views, including breathtaking sunsets, from three sides.

There's a composting toilet in a bright yellow telephone booth with a garden view. After use, simply cover your business with 0.5 to 1 liter of sawdust. For those who prefer, feel free to pee anywhere in the garden.

Please note that the lawn might not always be mowed, but it doesn't grow very high. You are welcome to pitch a tent on the lawn in the garden.

While it's a paradise for children, please be aware of potential hazards: stairs (as mentioned above), rain barrels, covered shafts in the ground on the way to the phone booth, a blackberry patch, and a gas bottle in the kitchen.

The village of Brücken (-Hackpfüffel) is less than two kilometers away, a beautiful 30-minute walk, and has a bus stop with connections to Sangerhausen.

The nearest train station is Wallhausen (Helme), 5km away, a 70-minute walk. From here, you can arrive by train from Berlin/Potsdam via Dessau and Sangerhausen. Especially on Sundays and public holidays during off-peak hours, this location is easier to reach than Brücken by bus.

From Martinsrieth, 4.7km away, bus 450 also runs to Sangerhausen train station on weekends.

Right at Wallhausen (Helme) train station, you'll find a Netto supermarket and a bakery.
In Brücken, there's a small general store (Tante-Emma-Laden); please check opening hours in advance.

Discover a variety of local wildlife: deer, rabbits, foxes, sand lizards, red-backed shrikes, common redstarts, many insects, and often cows grazing in the adjacent pastures.

The bungalow can also be rented separately.

This charming 30sqm bungalow from the 80s boasts a bright, south-facing layout. It offers two fixed sleeping options: a sofa bed for two and a wall bed for one. For additional guests, an extra mattress, two foldable travel mattresses, and two children's mattresses can be laid out on the floor. While the furnishings are simple, you'll find everything you need for relaxing days of unwinding. Cooking is done on a two-burner gas hob. The kitchen and dining area, as well as the living room and bedroom, all offer scenic window views. Please note there's a higher staircase that isn't child-proof (see photos). Located amidst nature, the space isn't hotel-clean, and you might encounter cobwebs. Electricity is only available if you bring your own generator (a power line runs from the basement to the kitchen), and there's no running water. Sparkling water is available on-site for 0.4 Euro/liter. Rainwater and solar shower bags are provided. Heating is possible with a wood briquette stove. Please be aware that the beds are covered for dust protection, so they won't appear 'hotel-ready' upon your arrival.

This paradise of over 1,400 m² is in a secluded setting surrounded by scenic countryside, farmland, meadows, orchards, and deciduous woodland. Enjoy magnificent panoramic views on three sides, including breathtaking sunsets.

There is a compost toilet inside a bright yellow vintage telephone booth overlooking the garden. After use, simply cover it with 0.5 to 1 liter of sawdust. If you prefer, peeing around the garden is also perfectly fine.
The lawn might not always be freshly mowed, but it never grows too high. Camping with tents on the lawn is welcome.

It is a wonderland for children, but please be aware of a few hazards: stairs (see above), rain barrels, covered ground utility shafts on the path to the telephone booth, blackberry brambles, and a gas cylinder in the kitchen.

In the village of Brücken (-Hackpfüffel), less than 2 km away (a lovely 30-minute walk), there is a bus stop with connections to Sangerhausen.

The nearest train station is Wallhausen (Helme), located 5 km away (a 70-minute walk). You can easily arrive here by train from Berlin/Potsdam via Dessau and Sangerhausen. Especially on Sundays, public holidays, and during off-peak hours, this station is easier to reach than Brücken by bus. From Martinsrieth, 4.7 km away, bus line 450 also runs to Sangerhausen station on weekends.

There is plenty of wildlife to discover on site: deer, hares, foxes, sand lizards, red-backed shrikes, common redstarts, many insects, and cows often graze in the adjacent pastures.

Camping with a view of Gänsefurth Castle on the R1-Bode Cycle Path, on the outskirts of Löderburg. Discover a tranquil, fenced garden on the peaceful village edge of Löderburg, near Drachenschwanzstraße. Here, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of Gänsefurth Castle, nestled within the picturesque Bode floodplain meadows, adorned with charming pollard willows and the distinctive Löderburg water tower. Our spacious tent pitches offer options for both sun-drenched and shaded spots, perfect for multiple tents. Please note, this is a rustic experience: we provide a composting toilet, but there is no electricity or running water. The garden boasts two sweet cherry trees, three apple trees, perennial beds, lush lawn areas, and conifers. Approximately three-fifths of the area is a former vegetable patch, which transforms into a stunning carpet of red poppies in summer. For your convenience, Restaurant Bürgerhaus Löderburg is just 300m away, with Restaurant “Zum Salzfässchen” and the NP supermarket not much further. Our garden is ideally located right next to the Bode Cycle Path and the EuroVelo R1 route. The Löderburger See leisure center is also a mere 1km away, offering even more recreational opportunities!

Located on the quiet edge of the village of Löderburg, near Drachenschwanzstraße, this fenced garden offers stunning views of Gänsefurth Castle, the scenic Bode grassland meadows with their pollard willows, and the Löderburg water tower.
Here you will find camping spots for several tents, with options in both the sun and the shade.
In addition to two sweet cherry and three apple trees, the grounds feature perennial flower beds, lawn areas, and conifers. About 3/5 of the area consists of fallow vegetable patches, which currently transform into a vibrant carpet of red poppies during the summer.
There is also a large greenhouse on-site.
The 'Bürgerhaus Löderburg' restaurant is only about 300m away, with the 'Zum Salzfässchen' restaurant and an NP supermarket just a short walk further.
The garden is perfectly situated right by the Bode Cycle Path and the EuroVelo R1. The Löderburger See leisure center is approximately 1km away.

Nestled on the outskirts of Neustadt (Dosse), near Hohenofener Straße, this enchanting spot is a wild garden brimming with fruit trees and currant bushes, gracefully situated between two ditches, one of which is beautifully lined with reeds. Adjacent to it, you'll find a large, natural garden, a Christmas tree plantation, and open, unspoiled fields. When you book, the entire space is exclusively yours to enjoy. The ground is a reinforced meadow, mostly left unmown, and access is via a gravel path. The location is wonderfully peaceful, with only the faint whisper of the ICE train passing by. Nearby, you'll discover charming eateries like 'Zu den Linden' and 'Zur Köritzer Tränke,' a butcher, Norma supermarket, a car dealership, a hardware store, and an Edeka supermarket conveniently located at the train station, just a short walk away. The last photos showcase the access path – a grassy country lane.

Fires are only permitted if allowed by the wildfire risk level. Please coordinate the designated fire pit location with me. A ditch usually carries water year-round. There's a lovely shaded spot under the trees. You're welcome to harvest any fruit. Children are free to play anywhere on the property. Please note, there is no toilet, electricity, running water, or Wi-Fi.

Aufwachen an der Obstwiese

This spot is located on the outskirts of Neustadt (Dosse), near Hohenofener Straße, and is a charmingly wild garden filled with fruit trees and currant bushes. Nestled between two streams—one lined with reeds—the site is bordered by a large natural garden, a Christmas tree plantation, and open, scenic fields. When you book, the entire space is yours alone. The ground consists of firm meadowland, usually left in its natural, unmowed state, and is accessed via a gravel path. It’s a peaceful location, where the only sound is the distant, faint hum of the high-speed train passing by. Nearby, you'll find the 'Zu den Linden' and 'Zur Köritzer Tränke' restaurants, a butcher, a Norma supermarket, a car dealership, and a DIY store, with an Edeka supermarket located at the station within walking distance.
