Schönfeldhof

We stayed at Schönfeldhof for one night and had a great time. A very beautiful pitch right on the cycle route, with a view of the snow-capped mountains, a fire pit, and sunset included. The hosts were super nice and welcoming. We would love to come back!

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt auf diesem Campingplatz und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Platz bietet alles, was man braucht, und die Aussicht ist einfach super. Ein besonderes Highlight waren unsere tierisch guten Nachbarn – die Geissen haben für eine tolle und gemütliche Atmosphäre gesorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful stay with our van right next to the goats. Markus was extremely helpful with emptying the grey and black water. We would love to come back. The farm is within sight of the mountains and the sunset was breathtaking. Unfortunately, we only had one night left in Switzerland, otherwise we would have loved to stay longer.

Judith and Markus gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the farm, and gave us tips for things to do in the area. It is a very peaceful place, surrounded by goats and chickens, that is perfect for relaxing. For children, there is a wonderful playground with a barbecue area nearby, about a 30-minute walk away. We had a wonderful few days in Ballwil. Perfectly maintained and spacious site. Private fire pit with wood provided. Our host Markus is very helpful and easy-going. Right next door to goats, chickens, cows, and pigs. Toilet with hot water... a bit of luxury camping. Ideal location for excursions on foot or by bike. A big plus for us: the people in Ballwil are incredibly friendly and there is a great bakery/restaurant within easy walking distance. Our girls loved the swing at the farm. An absolutely perfect place for a little getaway. We'll be back - thanks Markus!!

This was our second time here, a beautiful spot with expansive views, very peaceful, excellent public transport connections, and adorable animal neighbors. Also ideal for road bike or e-bike excursions. We were here with our 7.5m caravan, and there was plenty of space for approach and maneuvering. Farm shop with fresh produce and delicious own-raised meat.
