Stellplatz an der Kuhweide

The name says it all, right by the cow pasture. A truly idyllic little spot. Ideal for our stopover.

We stayed for one night and felt very comfortable. A lovely little spot. We went to Gengenbach for dinner, which is a wonderful small town.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The pitch is very idyllic, located right next to a pasture – it was especially lovely in the evening when the cattle came over to say hello. The cat and the chickens also added a very special charm to the place. The sanitary facilities, including the shower and toilet, were very clean and well-maintained. We were also able to buy fresh, delicious eggs directly on-site. The site is wonderfully quiet, yet the beautiful town of Gengenbach is within easy reach. We really enjoyed Gengenbach with its atmosphere and half-timbered houses. The area is also perfect for cycling tours, for example via Offenburg all the way to Strasbourg. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay for us. We would love to come back!

What a fantastic motorhome pitch! We felt right at home from the very first moment. The owner is incredibly warm and friendly, offers plenty of helpful tips for the local area, and makes you feel more like you're visiting friends than staying at a campsite. A special highlight was, of course, the four-legged 'site manager' – he alone is almost worth the trip. 🐶 The site is quiet, well-maintained, and simply invites you to relax. We were particularly impressed by the bathroom: sparkling clean, lovingly decorated, and truly excellently equipped – many hotels could learn a thing or two from this. Thank you so much for the wonderful time and the great hospitality. We will definitely be back!
