Stellplatz an der Kuhweide

Beautifully located, secluded, and absolutely no noise from roads or anything similar. Pure nature 🤩 The view of the pasture with the impressive cattle, young goats, chickens... pure farm life - great 😊 Having a bathroom with shower/WC plus a separate WC was just fantastic - so much better than the usual basic pitches 😊 Jochen and his family are super likable and friendly. Thanks for the jump-start when we were leaving 🙈🤗 Gengenbach is great and quickly reached by e-bike - even fresh rolls on Sundays, a nice market on Saturdays, and very delicious restaurants. Cycling to Strasbourg along the Kinzig is very rewarding and quite doable. Kehl has a beautiful riverside promenade on the Rhine. All in all: Great and relaxing days at Jochen's - thank you so much 🤗

A very nice host who wants to make everything right for his guests! The location is brilliant, very quiet and yet close to the center. What we didn't like so much was that the lovely and cuddly young farm dog (a Rottweiler), who is used to moving around freely, had to be kept in a private fenced garden because of our female Great Dane, who was in heat and is quite difficult. If this had been mentioned in the description, we would have chosen a different place. Definitely recommended for everyone else!! Best regards, Sandra and Gerhard
