Perfectly situated for hiking, biking, or simply unwinding. The charming Rustico features one bedroom, comfortably accommodating two guests. Just a stone's throw away (20m), we offer an additional room for your convenience. Downstairs, you'll find a cozy small kitchen with a lounge area, plus a shower and toilet. All cooking utensils are provided. For ultimate ease, you can pre-order a grocery list (up to 3 days in advance). Guests are welcome to join our daily yoga sessions. An additional extra room is also available. Parking is conveniently located approximately 50m away. And for adventure seekers, mountain bike trails start right at your doorstep!

You can cancel up to 10 days before the latest check-in time on the arrival day. The refund includes the booking amount minus 1.5x the displayed Nomady fee. The cutoff is the latest check-in time of this spot — not midnight. Cancellations apply to the entire booking including extra products. Partial cancellations are not possible. Lovely, friendly, and accommodating hosts; great live music and practical chestnut-roasting tips included; functionally furnished rustico surrounded by nature with background sounds of fox, dormouse, belling stag, and grunting wild boar. Thank you very much for the relaxing days on your organic farm.

A wonderful little house on the mountain. It is super cozy and quiet. Super relaxing vacation. A bit tricky to figure out which way to drive to reach the house, but otherwise simply highly recommended!!!!!
