Traditional Norwegian farm storehouse with views

Welcome to my farm Kleva in the middle of Norway. The first listing on Nomady in Norway! (and may there soon be many more...) A secluded and peaceful smallholding were you can enjoy the combination of comfort and rustic charm. Rest your head against old timber walls and enjoy the view of fields, forests, and distant mountains. If you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of roe deer, moose, or red deer and birds are abudant. You are also welcome to wander in the garden and vegetable patch and sometimes I sell some produce from these (although some kind of exchange situation is much more likely as I do not take visa ;) ). This is a former croft with a farmyard with plenty of original charm. It features two original buildings: a barn and a storehouse ("stabbur" in Norwegian). The storehouse has been thoroughly renovated and comprises two rooms with electricity. A comfortable bed is provided, complete with down duvets and bed linen. The bedroom is on the upper floor, while the ground floor is a cozy living room where you can relax with a cup of coffee or tea; a kettle is provided. You can also enjoy your coffee in the garden or in the wild, just outside your door. The toilet is a traditional outhouse located behind the barn, so to enjoy your stay here, you need to appreciate that kind of rustic charm. A washbasin is provided in the outhouse for washing your hands.
